Nadir Bilici

2016 Vice President of Events

Nadir Bilici aims to pursue a career at the intersection between technology and medicine. Nadir is a medical software engineer for Penn's Center for Healthcare Innovation where he works on developing smartphone apps to streamline processes for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is exploring his interest in neuroscience by researching ways in which we can engineer stem cells transplants to repair brain injuries. In his work with Penn HealthX, Nadir's goal is to provide peers with entrepreneurial knowledge and technical skills to bring their ideas to life.

Joan Li

2016 Vice President of Curriculum

Joan is passionate about improving healthcare delivery and economics. She sees enormous potential in building a more efficient healthcare system, with higher quality care, greater access and reduced costs. She began exploring the intersection of healthcare and management in college, and holds a dual-degree in business from the Wharton School and biology at Penn. Between college and medical school, she spent 3 years at McKinsey & Company as a strategy consultant in the Healthcare Systems and Services practice.
