Elana Meer

VP of Curriculum

Elana Meer is a First Year MD candidate at Perelman School of Medicine. She graduated from Princeton University in 2017 with a major in Neuroscience. While her previous research focused on therapies for neurodegenerative diseases, her thesis applied neuroeconomics to delineate psychiatric conditions. She is passionate about opthalmology and emerging technological applications that improve the efficacy and accessibility of treatment. She hopes to pursue an MD/MBA while at Penn, with a focus on health systems research and behavioral economic applications for the health system.


Raymond Liu

VP of Curriculum

aymond Liu is the Co-VP of Curriculum. Raymond received his SB from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Biological Engineering, where he was co-director of dynaMIT, a non-profit summer STEM camp serving underprivileged middle school children. In his role as co-VP of Curriculum, Raymond is interested in expanding the scope of healthcare education to medical trainees as well as the general population.
